With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Yang Xue founded CareHome Nursing with a vision to transform home healthcare in Singapore. Her expertise in wound care and commitment to patient-centered care has touched the lives of thousands of families. As an active member of the European Wound Management Association, she continues to drive innovation in home healthcare delivery.
