Rehabilitation Activities

Alongside daily activities, our rehabilitation therapies bring comfort and calm to patients through gentle care.

Physiotherapy & Occupational TherapyRelaxation & Sensory TherapyGroup & Culinary Sessions
Gentle, tailored exercises that ease physical discomfort, preserve mobility and encourage independence in daily livingCalming massages and aromatherapy that relieve tension, ease symptoms and nurture overall wellbeingShared activities such as food preparation, crafts and group games that build companionship, evoke memories and foster a sense of belonging

Art and Music Therapy

Expressive therapies (art and music therapy) offer patients with a way to address their physical, emotional and psychological well-being. These sessions provide an outlet for patients to express themselves creatively. By focusing on creating art or immersing themselves in music, patients often experience relief from pain and stress. Additionally, creating meaningful mementos, like personalised paintings or songs, allows patients to express gratitude toward caregivers and leave behind special keepsakes for their loved ones.

Telemonitoring

Leveraging on the use of technology to enhance patient care, our inpatient care has adopted the use of telemonitoring to collect data of vital signs and monitor their symptoms remotely. This reduces the time spent by nurses to take the vital signs at the patient’s bedside and allows them to focus their time in caring for patients with more pressing needs.
